update Last updated: March 2026These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Custom Cardboard Boxes website and any orders placed with us. By submitting a quote request or placing an order, you agree to these terms. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Orders and Quotes
All quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of your written approval of the design proof and any applicable deposit. We reserve the right to decline orders at our discretion.
Custom Products
All products manufactured by Custom Cardboard Boxes are custom-made to your specifications. Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled. Please review your design proof carefully before approving, as we cannot accept responsibility for errors in approved artwork.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are quoted based on your specified quantities, dimensions, materials, and print requirements. Final pricing is confirmed in your quote. Payment terms are as specified in your invoice.
Delivery
We offer free shipping on all orders within Australia. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.
Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), as contained in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Nothing in these terms limits any right you may have under the ACL that cannot be excluded. If a product is defective or does not conform to your approved proof, we will repair, replace, or refund in accordance with our obligations under the ACL.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the value of the goods supplied in the relevant order. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss arising from the use of our products.
Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
