05 What does the order process look like?
You request a quote, we confirm the details and send pricing, you approve and pay, we send a digital proof for your sign-off, then production begins. After dispatch, delivery within Australia takes 3 to 5 business days.
06 Can I reorder the same box?
Yes. Your artwork is kept on file after your first order, so you will not need to re-submit files. Production time for reorders is the same: 8 to 10 business days from proof approval.
07 What file formats do you accept for artwork?
We accept print-ready PDF, AI, and EPS files. If your artwork is not quite ready, our design team can assist. Just mention it when you request your quote.
08 Do you provide dielines?
