01 What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity is flexible. We recommend starting at 100 units, which gives a good per-unit cost without a large upfront commitment. Larger runs bring the price down further.
02 How do I get a quote?
Fill out our quote request form or email us directly. Include your box dimensions, quantity, material preference, and any finishing requirements. We typically respond within one business day.
03 What are your payment terms?
Payment is required in full before production begins. Once payment is confirmed, your job goes into the production queue. We will confirm accepted payment methods when we send your quote.
04 How long does production take?
Standard production takes 8 to 10 business days after your proof is approved. Rush production plans are also available if you need your packaging sooner. If you have a tight deadline, get in touch and we will work out a timeline that suits your schedule.
05 Do you offer rush production for tight deadlines?
Yes. Rush production is available for time-sensitive jobs (event activations, festival weekends, product launches, seasonal windows like Christmas or Easter) where the standard 8 to 10 business day window does not stretch. The rush surcharge is priced separately on the quote, and we confirm whether we can hold the timeline before you commit. Flag the deadline when you request a quote so we can plan capacity around the date.
06 What does the order process look like?
You request a quote, we confirm the details and send pricing, you approve and pay, we send a digital proof for your sign-off, then production begins. After dispatch, delivery within Australia takes 3 to 5 business days.
07 Can I reorder the same box?
Yes. Reorders use the same approved artwork and print spec from your first run, so the dieline shape and finish list stay locked in. Resupply your approved files at quote stage. Production runs the same 8 to 10 business days as the first batch, with the design and pre-production phase skipped because the spec is already settled.
08 What file formats do you accept for artwork?
We accept print-ready PDF, AI, and EPS files. If your artwork is not quite ready, our design team can assist. Just mention it when you request your quote.
09 Do you provide dielines?
Yes. We provide a dieline template based on your box dimensions. If you are unsure about the right box structure for your product, let us know and we can advise on the best option.
10 How do you handle colour matching?
We print in CMYK. If your brand colours need to be accurate, supply them as CMYK values and we will match as closely as possible. Any significant colour differences are flagged at the proof stage before production starts.
11 Can I get a sample before ordering?
Every order includes a free digital proof and mockup so you can see exactly how your packaging will look before we print. Physical samples are available on request. A sampling fee applies depending on the complexity of the order.
12 Do you offer custom sizes and shapes?
All our boxes are made to your exact specifications. You provide the dimensions and we manufacture to suit. There is no standard size you need to conform to.
13 What box styles do you make?

14 What materials do you use?
We work with corrugated board, rigid board, kraft, and standard cardboard. The right choice depends on your product weight, the finish you want, and your budget. Learn more on our about page or get in touch and we will recommend the best option.
15 What printing finishes are available?
We offer matte lamination, gloss lamination, spot UV, and foil stamping. These can be combined depending on the look you are after. Matte works well for a clean, premium feel. Spot UV and foil are popular for making logos and key details stand out.
16 What printing method do you use?
We use offset printing. It produces sharp, consistent colour across the entire run and is the standard method for high-quality custom packaging.
17 Do you offer eco-friendly packaging?
Yes. We offer kraft and recycled board options. Both are recyclable and suit brands that want packaging with a lower environmental footprint. Our custom soap boxes and candle boxes are popular choices for eco-conscious brands.
18 Do you ship across Australia?
Yes. Shipping is free on all orders within Australia. Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
19 Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we can ship to international destinations. Mention your location when requesting a quote and we will include international delivery costs.
